This unique 41mm dosing funnel from Wiedemann is designed for use with Eureka Mignon espresso grinders and to fit exclusively on the “La Marzocco 7g Strada Filter Basket.” The design allows for direct tamp through for both neat prep and level tamping.
The Wiedemann Precision Dosing Funnel is the ideal preparation tool for home baristas looking for tidier and more efficient prep, especially when using WDT to optimize shots before extraction. On the underside of the ring, a set of three magnets* helps to hold the funnel steady, even whisking for WDT. The funnel fits any non single-dosing **Eureka Mignon espresso grinder.
Please Note: When tamping through the funnel, the inner diameter of the funnel requires a specific 41mm tamper.
